ORDER INFORMATION:

You can order from us in any of the following ways:

1. Use On-line Shopping Cart (24 Hours)

2. Email your orders to us using online product form.

3. Mail us your order along with a money order or certified check to: Hauntwares  5635 N  00 EW  Kokomo, IN 46901

* Some items require additional shipping charges(Animatronics..see below).

Orders are processed within 24 Hours of receipt. Normal Delivery times are between 7-14 business days. Items that need to be shipped via Truck Freight may extend Delivery Times by a couple days.

Method of Payment:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders and Certified checks are  accepted forms of payment. Sorry, No C.O.D.'s, or personal checks.

Method of Shipment:

Most orders ship via UPS ground, Express Delivery is available upon request. Most Animatronics and some Special Orders are shipped via Truck Freight.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates vary depending upon weight of items. Large Animatronics require additional shipping crate costs. On items marked for free shipping, if shipping cost appears at time of check out, it will be credited back to the customers credit card.

Return Information:

Non refundable items include masks, wigs, hats, make-up, hair spray, books, videos, special order items and sale items. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items. Shipping charges are at customers expense. All returns must be in original condition. All returns must be pre-authorized. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be given prior to returning merchandise and can be given via email or phone. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Items ordered between October 1 and November 15th are considered final sales and may not be returned.

Claims:

The carrier is liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the movement of your shipment. Refused orders returned are subject to a 22% restocking fee. Shipping charges are at customers expense.

Prices:

OnLine store reflects our prices at time of posting. We can make no guarantees against price increases or availability of merchandise. However, we try to maintain a stable price structure and a current inventory.

Back Orders:

Back orders will automatically be shipped unless otherwise notified by customer.

Liability:

We assume no liability for use or misuse of any product or item found on our online store.
